Hiring for New Program Manager Amid Leadership Transitions

After nearly two decades of dedicated service, Janice Warren will retire next year from her role as Program Manager. Janice has been central to the Fellowship’s operations, supporting applicants, managing events and scholarships, working with law school administrators, and serving as a welcoming presence to our Fellows and Fellows-Elect. Her contributions have shaped the experience of so many in our community, and we look forward to celebrating her at this fall’s Selection Day events (dates below).

To ensure Janice has time to train her replacement, the Fellowship is now hiring for a Program Manager.

This transition comes alongside another important shift in the Fellowship’s leadership. After 18 years as Chair of the Board of Directors, Steve Van Liere will step down in fall 2026. The Board has elected Nathan Christensen (Chicago ’08) as Chair-Elect. Nathan brings a strong background in business, law, and education, and has served on the Board since 2010, including as Treasurer since 2014.
