Simeon Toronto

Simeon Toronto is a litigation associate in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation across a broad range of industries, including healthcare and consumer products. He defends clients in government investigations and enforcement actions involving the U.S. Department of Justice. Simeon maintains an active pro bono practice, including First Amendment defense and refugee asylum cases.

Simeon graduated from Columbia Law School in 2023, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Davis Polk Leadership Fellow.  While at CLS, he served as a Student Senator and worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Elizabeth Emens. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 2019, where he served as Student Body President, and as a Board Member of the Utah Student Association. Previous to law school, Simeon worked for Qualtrics in People Operations and as an Anchor for Newsline on Utah Channel 11.
