Kelsey Campbell

Kelsey L. Campbell is trial attorney in the San Francisco office of Boucher LLP. Kelsey represents everyday people who have been harmed by the negligence of powerful entities. As part of this work, she represents survivors appointed to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in several bankruptcy actions.

Before becoming an attorney, Kelsey served in foreign policy positions in the federal government for over a decade. She held posts in the Middle East, South Asia, the Pentagon, and served on engagements in the Asia Pacific, Central America, and South America. She is a distinguished graduate of the Defense Language Institute and a former Presidential Management Fellow.

Kelsey earned a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. Kelsey has a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.

Kelsey’s work has been featured in the San Francisco Chronicle, the Washington Post, and Law360.
