Iris Wagner

Iris Wagner graduated from UC Law San Francisco, class of 2024, cum laude. She is a law clerk (and associate attorney upon successful completion of the CA bar exam) at Tobener Ravenscroft, LLP advocating for tenants’ rights and focusing on wrongful evictions, intractable repair issues, landlord harassment, tenant discrimination, landlord sexual harassment, and landlord-caused injuries. Iris has experience in and a passion for working on behalf of incarcerated populations, low-income workers, pregnant and female employees, immigrants and refugees, and youth. Iris was on the executive board of the UC Law SF Trial Team and continues to volunteer and coach for the team. Iris lives on Ocean Beach in San Francisco with her fiancé, two cats, and enjoys making pottery and candles in her free time.
