Nathan Christensen

Nathan is CEO of Mineral, the leader in technology-enabled HR and compliance solutions supporting more than 500,000 businesses nationwide. Nathan has been named a “Game Changer” in the HR field by Workforce magazine and is a recognized industry leader, speaker, and writer in the fields of leadership, human resources strategy, and company culture. His thought leadership has appeared in publications such as Fast Company, Forbes, Entrepreneur, and The Washington Post.

Prior to leading Mineral, Nathan was a litigation attorney with Perkins Coie, a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, and a fourth grade teacher with Atlanta Public Schools through Teach for America. Nathan holds degrees from Stanford University and The University of Chicago Law School, and clerked for Hon. Richard Posner on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
